What is an underrepresented minority (URM)?

As stated above, an underrepresented minority (URM) is defined as someone who identifies as African American, American Indian, Alaskan Native, and/or LatinX and aligned with our school partners. You are not required to be a URM to be in the Access program.

Are there any financial requirements?

Joining the Access Network is completely free and open to everyone who wants to begin their MBA journey with confidence. There are no financial requirements to get started.

For those ready to take the next step, Access+ opens on November 1 and offers advanced tools, expert guidance, and exclusive events for a small annual or monthly fee.

The Access Fellowship is a competitive, application-based experience that provides personalized coaching and one-on-one support. There is a $50 application fee for all applicants, which helps sustain the resources and programming that make the Fellowship experience possible. Access+ members receive an automatic waiver for this fee.

‍Being selected as an Access Fellow is an honor that includes direct mentorship and tailored admissions strategy. Accepted Fellows pay a $500 program fee upon acceptance to confirm their seat.

What are the deadlines for joining?

You can join the Access Network and apply for Access+ year-round, but the new Access+ experience will officially launch on November 1, 2025.

The Access Fellowship application for the 2025–2026 cycle is now closed, but applications for the 2026–2027 cycle will open on November 1, 2025 and close on January 15, 2026. You must be an Access+ Member to apply for the Fellowship.
