The Access Fellowship is a competitive MBA admissions program for applicants who have faced barriers in their business school journey. With over a 90% acceptance rate to their dream schools, fellows receive personalized guidance, test prep support, and application resources, prioritizing those with financial, community, or knowledge-based gaps.

Who Can Join?

- Applicants must be members of the Access program.
- Applicants must submit a valid GMAT or GRE score as part of their application.
- Applicants should show demonstrated resilience, leadership, and dedication in their personal, academic, or professional journeys.
- This program is designed for applicants living in North and South America, regardless of citizenship, due to time zone-based events and our focus on fostering an engaged community.
- Must demonstrate a need for financial, community, or knowledge-based support in their MBA journey.
- Be planning to apply to MBA programs in the upcoming two application cycles.
- Applicants should be eager to support and uplift their peers, contributing to a strong, collaborative network.
